Chiikawa 2027 calendars at a glance

• Chiikawa Calendar 2027: Big Face die-cut wall calendar, cover plus 12 monthly sheets, about 36.4 × 25.7 cm.
• January 2027 Desk Calendar with Mini Stickers: stand-up ring-bound desk calendar, about 15 × 18 × 8 cm, with a sheet of mini stickers.
• Release at Otaku Daily: October 2026 for both calendars.
• Also announced: Anime Chiikawa Magic Clay sticker kits (late October in Japan) and Toys"R"Us-exclusive Chiikawa eco bags in Japan.

Chiikawa Calendar 2027: the Big Face wall calendar

The 2027 wall calendar is all about big, expressive faces. Chiikawa, Hachiware and Usagi take turns filling the top half of each page with giant close-ups, so the whole calendar feels like the trio are peeking into your room. The bottom edge is cut into a soft, frilly scallop shape, which gives it a cute, rounded look on the wall.

It has a cover plus 12 sheets, measures about 36.4 × 25.7 cm and weighs around 165 g, so it is light enough for a bedroom door, a desk wall or a kitchen corkboard. The date grid is roomy enough to jot down plans, birthdays and every Chiikawa release you are looking forward to.

January 2027 Desk Calendar with Mini Stickers

If you prefer something for your desk, the Desk Calendar is a sturdy stand-up calendar with a metal ring binding. Each month has its own colourful illustrated scene starring Chiikawa and friends. It starts in January 2027 and stands about 15 cm tall, so it fits neatly beside a monitor or on a bedside table.

The best part is the bonus sheet of mini stickers. Tiny Chiikawa icons let you mark birthdays, paydays, events or anything else you want to remember, which makes planning feel a lot more fun. It is already selling out at some Chiikawa Land stores in Japan, so it is worth securing a copy early.

Also new: Anime Chiikawa Magic Clay

Announced the same morning, Anime Chiikawa Magic Clay turns colouring-in into sticker making. You press soft coloured clay, which doesn't stick to your hands, into a Chiikawa line drawing, let it dry, then peel it off to make your own sticker that clings to windows, glass and walls. There are six designs featuring Chiikawa and friends, and the kits roll out in Japan from late October.

And a Toys"R"Us-exclusive eco bag

Chiikawa also revealed two eco bags that are exclusive to Toys"R"Us stores in Japan: an M size of about 35 × 35 cm and a Wide size of about 42 × 51 cm. The outer surface is vinyl-coated, so the bags are water-resistant and easy to wipe clean, which makes them handy for shopping trips or a day at the pool.
