- Are your figures authentic?
Yes, all our figures are 100% authentic and sourced directly from licensed manufacturers. We work with reputable distributors to ensure the highest quality and authenticity of every product. - When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders ship as soon as we receive the stock from the manufacturer. Estimated release dates are provided on the product page, but please note these dates are subject to change based on the manufacturer’s schedule. - How do I know if a figure is in stock?
All available figures are marked as "In Stock" on our website. - Why is the pre-order item I was interested in no longer on the website?
When a pre-order item reaches its quota, we remove it from the website to prevent overselling. If you missed out, don’t worry! Sometimes we receive additional stock after the release date, so keep an eye on our website or sign up for notifications in case it becomes available again. -
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
- You stated allow 1-3 months of shipping from Japan, why my order is still not shipped?
Please note that the 1–3 month delivery window applies starting from the item's official release month in Japan.
E.g.: If your pre-order has a release date of August 2026, please allow until November 2026 for it to reach your hands (in the worst-case scenario).
