Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow customers to purchase items before they are released or available. These can be fully paid upfront, and for more expensive products, partial payment options may be available. Pre-orders are for items yet to be released or for items that are released but require a back order.
Please note, release dates are subject to change and may vary between regions. We will inform customers of any significant changes to release dates.
While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, they are not 100% guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as supply from the supplier. Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, although allocations can occur in rare cases.
You have the right to cancel your pre-order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (1.5% + £0.20). After the 14-day period, cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee. Please contact us via email at service@otakudailyshop.co.uk to cancel your pre-order.

Pre-order Deposit Information
A pre-order deposit/partial payment of 30% of the total product price is required to place a pre-order. (If applicable. Please check each product page to see if the pre-order deposit payment option is available.) The deposit is charged to secure your pre-order of the specified product.
The remaining balance (70% of the total product price) is due prior to the dispatch of the product. We will send out a payment link 28 days after the deposit payment. We will notify you when the balance is due. Failure to pay the balance within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
If you place a pre-order with Otaku Daily Ltd, you are committing to buy the product. If you choose to cancel or return your pre-order, please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
The pre-order deposit is refundable only under the following conditions: 1. If Otaku Daily Ltd is unable to fulfill the order due to the unavailability of the product; 2. If the product is discontinued by the manufacturer.
Estimated delivery times are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
The total price of the product, as displayed on our website at the time of pre-order, will be honored. No additional cost will be charged unless explicitly agreed upon.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers who have existing pre-orders.
Otaku Daily Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer's failure to comply with these terms.
Payment Plans
Our own payment plans, not requiring a credit check, must be paid in full before receiving your order.
Price Adjustments
Prices may be subject to adjustments due to various factors, including changes in exchange rates. If the price of an item changes, we will refund the difference in the form of loyalty points.
User-Generated Content
By sharing images through our website or social media, you grant us the right to use these images for promotional purposes. We will always seek your permission before using your images, and you have the right to decline their use.
