The exhibition is a joint celebration of two manga series by Hiromu Arakawa.

Fullmetal Alchemist reaches its 25th anniversary in 2026, marking a quarter of a century since readers were first introduced to Edward and Alphonse Elric.

At the same time, Arakawa’s newer manga Daemons of the Shadow Realm celebrates its 5th anniversary. The fantasy series follows twins Yuru and Asa and a world shaped by mysterious supernatural beings known as Tsugai.

The official event description says visitors will be able to experience the appeal of the stories and characters from both works. However, the detailed exhibition section is still listed as “Coming Soon,” so the exact displays and installations have not yet been fully announced.

Tokyo Exhibition Dates and Venue

The first stop of the Fullmetal Alchemist × Daemons of the Shadow Realm Exhibition will take place in Ginza, Tokyo.

Normal opening hours: 11:00–20:00
Last admission: 30 minutes before closing

On 16, 23 and 30 August, the exhibition will close at 19:30. On the final day, 2 September, it will close at 17:00. Opening hours may still change depending on venue circumstances.

Matsuya Ginza is located in central Tokyo and is directly connected to Ginza Station through Exit A12. It is also within walking distance of Ginza-itchome and Higashi-ginza stations.

Entry to the exhibition does not guarantee that every item will remain available. Products may sell out, return later during the event or vary between venues. The organiser also states that some exhibition products could later be sold online or at other events.
