Meet Nekomata Okayu

Okayu is one of the best-loved members of hololive production's gaming group, hololive GAMERS. Fans adore her relaxed, easy-going charm, and her love of rice balls has become part of her image, so it is no surprise that one turns up beside her on this figure.

According to the listing, the figure was announced at "hololive GAMERS fes. Cho Cho Cho Cho Gamers 2" and is based on the jacket illustration of her original song "We are GAMERS!!!". That gives it a clear story: this is Okayu at full party energy rather than a simple standing pose.

What the figure looks like

The listing describes a dynamic running pose and a mischievous smile, as if she is ready for the party to start. The wrinkling and texture of her loose-fitting outfit and the flow of her hair are described as carefully expressed, and you can spot her cute double teeth too. In her left hand she holds a game controller.

The base is just as much fun. It is made to resemble a game console and is accented with colourful dot-design pillars, and there is a rice ball on it to keep her company. It is a neat touch that connects the figure to both her gaming and her food-loving sides.

Why collectors will like her

Plenty of figures are calm, standing displays. Okayu's pose is the opposite: she is mid-run, leaning into the moment, and that sense of movement makes the figure feel alive from the front and from the side. The game-console base also gives it a theme that suits a desk, a gaming corner or a shelf of VTuber figures.

At 1/7 scale and about 23 cm tall, she is large enough to show off the outfit texture and hair detail without taking over a whole cabinet. If you already collect hololive GAMERS goods, or you simply enjoy her streams, she makes a natural centrepiece.

Where she fits on your shelf

Okayu looks great beside other hololive GAMERS figures, and the console-style base also makes her a fine fit for a gaming desk. Because she is a complete figure, there is nothing to assemble or paint: she is ready to display once she arrives.
