Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are products that can be purchased before their release date. This is a common practice in the figure collection industry due to limited availability.
• Please note that while we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, they are not 100% guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as supply from the supplier.
• Pre-orders often sell out before release, especially for popular titles currently airing.
• Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, although allocations can occur in rare cases.
• Pre-order dates are subject to change, typically moving 1-3 months. We send email notifications for date changes, but you can also check the product listings on our website.
• Pre-order prices may fluctuate and usually increase over time. Early pre-ordering can sometimes save you money.
• Out of stock products may become available again. Check our instagram for upcoming figures and re-releases. We highly recommend pre-ordering as some companies, like Aniplex, rarely offer re-releases.

Released Items:

• Released items may go out of stock and require reordering from the manufacturer, similar to new releases.
• Released Items might take 1-3 months for shipment.

Pre-order Partial/Deposit Payment Information

• A pre-order partial/deposit of 30% of the total product price is required to place a pre-order. (If applicable. Please check each product page to see if the pre-order partial/deposit payment option is available.) The partial/deposit payment is charged to secure your pre-order of the specified product.
• The remaining balance (70% of the total product price) is due prior to the dispatch of the product. We will send out a final payment link no longer than 28 days after the partial/deposit payment. We will notify you when the balance is due. Failure to pay the balance within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
• If you place a pre-order with Otaku Daily Ltd, you are committing to buy the product. If you choose to cancel your pre-order, please note that the partial/deposit payment is non-refundable.
• The pre-order partial/deposit payment is refundable only under the following conditions:
  • If Otaku Daily Ltd is unable to fulfill the order due to the unavailability of the product;
  • If the product is discontinued by the manufacturer.
• Estimated delivery times are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
• The total price of the product, as displayed on our website at the time of pre-order, will be honored. No additional cost will be charged unless explicitly agreed upon.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers who have existing pre-orders.
• Otaku Daily Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer's failure to comply with these terms.
