To commemorate Ado's 5th anniversary exhibition, we have decided to sell original character fine graphs.
This item allows you to enjoy the key visuals of the summer POP-UP STORE and winter Exhibition using high-quality 12-color pigment art print "Chara Fine Printing."
The frame also comes with a plate with a serial number.
This product is available only through pre-order, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

[What is the "Chara Fine Printing" printing method?]
High-quality art prints are produced using ultra-high performance printers, which are also used to produce replicas of national treasures and important cultural properties, as the technology prevents discoloration for 30 to 50 years.
The ink is turned into fine particles by applying pressure and heat, and then sprayed directly onto the paper, resulting in a smooth printed surface with no dots.
Instead of screen printing, offset printing, or laser printing, which are used for flyers and the like, we use high-quality fine art printing, which sets us apart from mass-printed products and has earned us high praise for its quality.

Declaration of Item Availability and Restocking Policy

Please be advised that there is a possibility that the item may be temporarily sold out in Japan. However, restocking is expected. In the unfortunate event that the item is currently unavailable, we will proceed with ordering from Japan as soon as it is restocked.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders are products that can be purchased before their release date. This is a common practice in the figure collection industry due to limited availability.
• Pre-orders often sell out before release, especially for popular titles currently airing.
• Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, although allocations can occur in rare cases.
• Pre-order dates are subject to change, typically moving 1-3 months. We send email notifications for date changes, but you can also check the product listings on our website.
• Pre-order prices may fluctuate and usually increase over time. Early pre-ordering can save you money.
• Out of stock products may become available again. Check our instagram for upcoming figures and re-releases. We highly recommend pre-ordering as some companies, like Aniplex, rarely offer re-releases.
• Pre-orders must be paid in full upfront.

Pre-order Partial/Deposit Payment Information

• A pre-order partial/deposit of 30% of the total product price is required to place a pre-order. (If applicable. Please check each product page to see if the pre-order partial/deposit payment option is available.) The partial/deposit payment is charged to secure your pre-order of the specified product.
• The remaining balance (70% of the total product price) is due prior to the dispatch of the product. We will send out a final payment link no longer than 28 days after the partial/deposit payment. We will notify you when the balance is due. Failure to pay the balance within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
• If you place a pre-order with Otaku Daily Ltd, you are committing to buy the product. If you choose to cancel your pre-order, please note that the partial/deposit payment is non-refundable.
• The pre-order partial/deposit payment is refundable only under the following conditions:
  • If Otaku Daily Ltd is unable to fulfill the order due to the unavailability of the product;
  • If the product is discontinued by the manufacturer.
• Estimated delivery times are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
• The total price of the product, as displayed on our website at the time of pre-order, will be honored. No additional cost will be charged unless explicitly agreed upon.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers who have existing pre-orders.
• Otaku Daily Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer's failure to comply with these terms.

Cancellations and refund

• You have the right to cancel your pre-order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
• After the 14-day period, cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee.
