Chiikawa Gashapon October 2026: Fluffy Flocky Doll and Capsule Stick With Ribbon Ears (All Four Characters)
Oct 01,2026 | Otaku Daily Shop UK
Chiikawa, Hachiware, Usagi and Momonga are getting ribbons on their ears, and two new Gashapon lines are bringing them to the capsule machines together. Bandai's official Gashapon site lists the "Fluffy Flocky Doll" and the "Capsule Stick" for the fifth week of October 2026, which is roughly 26 to 31 October.
This is a "what is coming to the capsule machines" post rather than a new reveal. The lines were first announced in August, and Inside Games re-covered them on 28 September. They are Japan-market releases, and here is everything that has been confirmed.

Two products that go together
Both lines come in four designs, one for each of Chiikawa, Hachiware, Usagi and Momonga, and each design has ribbons on its ears. They launch at the same time because they are designed to be displayed together.
Fluffy Flocky Doll
- What it is: a soft, fuzzy flocked mini mascot of each character.
- The ribbons: pink for Chiikawa, blue for Hachiware and black for Momonga.
- Usagi: the Happy Cruise write-up of 28 August points out that Usagi's ears get an unusual look of their own.

Capsule Stick
- What it is: a penlight-style stick that assembles to about 13 cm tall.
- The look: ribbon and heart motifs, with a clear capsule section at the top.
- The combination: the official page says it can be displayed together with the Flocky Doll, and the Happy Cruise write-up describes the doll sitting in the capsule section.

Because both lines have four characters, mixing and matching is part of the fun. You could pair each doll with its own stick, or give a different character the stage.

How the two lines fit together
The doll and the stick are sold as separate Gashapon lines, so each capsule is a single item, and the official page for each one points out that it can be displayed together with the other. That is the "mix and match" idea behind launching them in the same week: a doll can stand on its own, a stick can stand on its own, or the two can be combined into one display.
In the official pictures the sticks are colour-coded: pink for Chiikawa, blue for Hachiware, yellow for Usagi and purple for Momonga. That makes it easy to see which character is which at a glance, and to line up a full set of four.

Where it is sold
Gashapon machines and capsule-toy shops in Japan. This is a Japan-market release, and nothing in the announcement points to a UK sale.
What is Gashapon?
Gashapon is Bandai's name for its capsule-toy machines, where you turn a handle and a small toy drops out in a capsule. You do not know which of the designs you will get, which is part of the fun and the reason the "all four characters" displays are such a draw. The Fluffy Flocky Doll and Capsule Stick are each a full line of four, so collecting a set takes some luck or a bit of swapping.
Who these are for
- Chiikawa collectors: two new formats for the same four favourite characters.
- Display fans: the doll and stick are designed to be shown together.
- Fans of small, soft pieces: the flocked finish gives the dolls a gentle texture that is different from standard capsule figures.
Not to be confused with
Bandai Candy has a separate Chiikawa "Light stick charm" coming in October, which is a different confectionery toy. The Gashapon Capsule Stick and Fluffy Flocky Doll described here are separate products.
Why it is a cute one
The charm of this pair is the small ribbon details and the way the lines fit together. The flocked texture makes the dolls look soft on a shelf, and the stick gives the same four characters a different, wand-like format. If you collect Chiikawa pieces, they are easy to display next to other small items.
