Ichiban Kuji Chiikawa Everyone at the Amusement Park Announced for April 2027, Plus Parade's Sitting Plush Return and New Coin Cylinder
Oct 08,2026 | Otaku Daily Shop UK
Chiikawa fans have two pieces of good news this week. BANDAI SPIRITS has announced a brand-new Ichiban Kuji, Chiikawa Everyone at the Amusement Park, arriving in Japan in April 2027 with a key visual of Chiikawa, Hachiware and Usagi enjoying a day at a theme park. Closer to now, capsule toy maker Parade is bringing back its popular Chiikawa sitting plush from early October 2026 and adding a new manga-style Coin Cylinder to its capsule line-up.
Here is what has been revealed so far, what we are still waiting for and how it connects to Otaku Daily.

Ichiban Kuji Chiikawa: Everyone at the Amusement Park
The new lottery was announced on Wednesday 7 October 2026 with only its key visual for now. The theme is a day out at an amusement park, with a roller coaster and a cake-shaped castle in the background.
- Chiikawa carries a little wand.
- Hachiware holds a colourful five-scoop soft-serve ice cream.
- Usagi is busy eating popcorn.
- All three wear matching whipped-cream crown headbands.
The prize line-up and images will be revealed later. Like every Ichiban Kuji, it is a no-blanks lottery, so every ticket wins a prize. The release is currently set for April 2027 in Japan, so this one is a long-term watch rather than an immediate buy.
The Chiikawa sitting plush returns
Parade's Chiikawa Sitting Plush 1 is back in Japanese capsule toy machines from early October 2026, rolling out in stages. Each plush is about 70 mm tall and sits up neatly on its own, so it is perfect for a desk, shelf or the top of a monitor.

There are four characters to collect:
- Chiikawa: all white with rosy cheeks.
- Hachiware: with its familiar blue and white markings.
- Kurimanju: with its toasted brown top.
- Shisa: with an orange mane.

New: the Chiikawa Coin Cylinder
Alongside the plush, Parade has announced the Chiikawa Coin Cylinder, a new capsule toy. Each one is about 42 mm, holds coins, and comes with a small acrylic part. There are five designs in a manga style, inspired by the look of the original comic. Like the plush, it starts rolling out in Japan from October.
