Whitebeard returns after selling out early

The S.H.Figuarts Whitebeard was one of the most wanted One Piece action figures of the year, and its first order closed early because of demand. Bandai Spirits has now confirmed a second order, run as a lottery. If you missed out the first time, this is your next chance.

The figure recreates Whitebeard at the Summit War of Marineford, one of the most emotional arcs in the series. It is built with a very wide range of motion, so you can pose him swinging his giant bisento, bracing for impact or standing tall over the battlefield.

Cape, effects and display ideas

Two features stand out. First, the cape is made from fabric with wire inside, so it can be shaped to flow behind him in a dramatic pose. Second, it comes with a range of effect parts that recreate the shockwaves of the Gura Gura no Mi, the Tremor-Tremor Fruit that made Whitebeard the strongest man in the world.

S.H.Figuarts is Bandai Spirits' premium action figure line, known for realistic proportions and smooth articulation. Whitebeard is one of the largest characters in One Piece, so this release stands out on a shelf beside other S.H.Figuarts figures and gives a real sense of his size.

Bandai's promotional photos also show Whitebeard displayed with other Marineford figures, including Marco and Ace. Those are sold separately, but they show how good a full Whitebeard Pirates display can look.

How the lottery works

Because demand is so high, the second order is being handled as a lottery rather than first come, first served. Fans in Japan apply during the entry window and successful applicants are chosen at random, with the second batch shipping in July 2027. If you would like help with a lottery item like this, it is worth getting in touch early so we can check what is possible before the window closes.

One Piece Card Game BASE SHOP Limited Card Collection vol.2

Card players have a treat too. ONE PIECE BASE SHOP, the official One Piece store in Japan, will sell the second BASE SHOP Limited Card Collection from 11 December 2026, ahead of a wider release. Like the first set, it features leader cards with huge, close-up shocked faces taken from the manga. The cards revealed so far show Krieg, Monkey D. Luffy, Buggy, Yamato and Kaido, and more cards will be revealed later.

The first BASE SHOP Limited Card Collection proved popular with collectors because of its funny, dramatic artwork, which takes famous reaction panels from the manga and turns them into playable leader cards. Volume two continues that idea with a mix of Straw Hats, rivals and villains, so it should appeal to players and to fans who simply enjoy collecting One Piece art.
