Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are products that can be purchased before their release date. This is a common practice in the figure collection industry due to limited availability.
Pre-orders often sell out before release, especially for popular titles currently airing.
Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, although allocations can occur in rare cases.
Pre-order dates are subject to change, typically moving 1-3 months. We send email notifications for date changes, but you can also check the product listings on our website.
Pre-order prices may fluctuate and usually increase over time. Early pre-ordering can save you money.
Out of stock products may become available again. Check our instagram for upcoming figures and re-releases. We highly recommend pre-ordering as some companies, like Aniplex, rarely offer re-releases.
Pre-orders must be paid in full upfront.

Cancellations and refund

You have the right to cancel your pre-order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
After the 14-day period, cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee.
