hololive Grand Reception 9th Anniversary Exhibition in Tokyo from 10 October: Dates, Tickets and Event Goods

hololive production is marking its ninth anniversary with its biggest indoor exhibition yet. hololive Grand Reception, subtitled "an invitation filled with gratitude", opens at Tokyo Dream Park in Ariake, Tokyo, on Saturday 10 October 2026, with a first half running to 28 October and a second half from 31 October to 23 November. Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka are planned to follow, though dates for those have not been announced. This round-up gathers the visitor details, the goods that have been shown so far and what it means for UK fans.

Dates and opening hours

The Tokyo run is split into two halves with a short break in between. Times below are shown in both Japan time and UK time so you can see when the venue is open during a UK day.

First half: Saturday 10 October to Wednesday 28 October 2026.
Closed: Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October.
Second half: Saturday 31 October to Monday 23 November 2026.
Weekends and public holidays: 10:00 to 19:00 Japan time (02:00 to 11:00 UK time).
Weekdays: 13:00 to 20:30 Japan time (05:00 to 13:30 UK time until 24 October, then 04:00 to 11:30 UK time from 25 October when the UK clocks go back).
Venue: 7th floor (EX STUDIO 7), Tokyo Dream Park, Ariake.

Timed-entry tickets and the invitation ticket

Entry uses timed tickets sold through the event's official ticket agency in Japan. General sales run until 23:59 Japan time on 9 October (15:59 UK time). Every visitor receives a randomly chosen "invitation ticket" featuring one of the 63 participating talents, which is a fun keepsake and a gentle nudge to bring a friend and compare.

Inside the exhibition

The exhibition is arranged as seven areas that lead visitors from a welcome zone through an opening theatre, into a large "hololive PARTY TIME" hall that features all 63 talents, and on to further rooms including a history corner, a dressing room, a guest lounge and a special store. Other highlights include a "9 Questions, 9 Answers" section, an opening-theatre film that changes weekly and an audio guide. A floor plan has been released, and the organisers note that the images are for illustration and that details may change.

Sign Simulation

A separate experience called Sign Simulation started taking bookings on 26 September. It needs an exhibition ticket and is held on the 3rd-floor atrium. The result is a printed signature on a dated bromide print, presented in a mount, and the printed signature is part of the design rather than a handwritten autograph.

The goods announced so far

Event goods are subject to change, and stock, designs and sales methods can be adjusted by the organisers. The first wave included foil cards, B2 half-cut tapestries, sticker and message-card sets, and T-shirts in 63 designs, one for each talent. More items have been added since, including hologram can badges, acrylic keyrings, aurora stands, ceramic coasters, message panels, blocks, big stands, name-plate badges with a welcome voice, a shopping bag, foil A4 clear files, a card holder and badge cases. A puzzle set and mini shikishi boards follow from 31 October.

Venue-only made-to-order items

A few items are described as venue-only and made to order: a sparkling wine and pair glass set, a big towel, a welcome-board canvas and a big acrylic panel. A ticket is needed to buy them at the venue. Blind items have equal odds for every design, and visitors who spend above a set amount receive a Welcome Photo Book in one of two designs.
