Who is Teoritta?

Sentenced to Be a Hero began as a dark fantasy light novel series by Rocket Shoukai, published by KADOKAWA. In its world, criminals are punished by being made into "heroes" and sent to fight the Demon Lords on the front line again and again, even being brought back to life when they fall. Xylo Forbartz, a former knight commander convicted of killing a goddess, is one of them. On a mission he finds Teoritta asleep in a coffin, and the young Goddess of Swords forms a pact with him.

Teoritta can summon swords out of thin air, but what fans love most is her personality. She is proud, eager to prove herself and always hoping to be praised, and her bond with the gruff Xylo is at the heart of the story. The TV anime brought her to a much wider audience, and she has quickly become one of the most popular characters in the series.

A small goddess with a big presence

Teoritta may be short in stature, but she carries herself like a true goddess, and Kotobukiya has leaned into that. She stands tall with one arm out, her chin raised and her cloak caught mid-sweep. Her long golden hair fades into bright orange at the tips and flows in the same direction as her movement, which gives the whole figure a real sense of motion.

Her face is sculpted with a confident little smile and bright red eyes, matching the proud, praise-loving personality fans know from the series. The trademark strand of hair that curls above her head has been recreated too.

Xylo's dagger and fine details

In one hand, Teoritta holds the dagger that Xylo bought for her, a small but meaningful prop for fans of the story. Kotobukiya has also recreated the intricate armour pieces on her shoulders and the many accessories on her outfit.

A base inspired by the story

The base is one of the highlights. It is designed around the coffin where Teoritta slept before she met Xylo, with the coffin lid, the petrified wood and the white lilies placed inside all sculpted in detail. It is a nice nod to her first appearance in the story and makes the figure feel like a scene rather than just a character on a stand.

Cloak-off display option

If you want a different look, the cloak can be removed. Without it, you get a clearer view of her slim armoured outfit and the full flow of her hair, so you can switch styles whenever you like.
